The staff were kind, answered all of my questions and were very helpful! As a Nurse I expected to have a 20 minute visit with the Physician but that was NOT the case! Dr Bawa was with me for over 1 hour discussing a treatment plan with me. He listened, then spoke. He was interested in what I had to say and my thoughts. He welcomed my participation in care planning. It was truly what I was looking for! I look forward to establishing a relationship with the office!

This was a good experience with a new doctor that took my insurance! Great customer service at front desk and they are always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait long for an appt and have always had any questions answered promptly. He took his time and I did not feel rushed and also did not wait long in waiting room. Would recommend!

The staff at Dr. Bawa's office is very professional and courteous. I arrived late for my appointment but they were still able to squeeze me in. Even though I was late I did not feel rushed when I met with the nurse practitioner. She took her time with me and conducted a very thorough exam. She listened and I felt like she really understood my situation. Her knowledge about my diagnosis was very reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Bawa to anyone looking for a family doctor.
