This guy has put a permanent mark on my medical record as being OCD delusional and reactive depressive never in my life have I ever seen a doctor act as he has and try to be somebody he's not and that is a psychiatrist never in my 50 some-odd years have I ever had anything like this ever happened to me as far as the medical field goes what a joke I think this guy is delusional I think this guy is depressed and I think this guy needs to see a psychiatrist I I tell you I I doubt this guy can cure a cold the way he acted towards me I have vision loss and he told me that my so-called Depression was from being little and not being able to do what little kids do because of my vision loss he said my upper hearing loss was due to rock and roll and he said my liver disease was caused by drinking when I done very little of that I guess I will have to give the Wisconsin State Medical Board a call and maybe have this guy reevaluated he also took my neck if he has done his homework and should have known that C5 C6 and C7 or herniated and he took my neck and twisted it left to right which hurt like hell you did a three minute physical but yet you read his report on me and it's like oh 6 or 7 minutes long he does not know me from day one but yeah he has all this power to put something like this on my medical record what a joke and thank God for the land of the free and God bless America where I was born as it's my right the review anybody I want for whatever reason I want and to say what I want freedom of speech baby
