I personally work for this clinic and it bothers me that the only review for the infusion department is from four years ago. A lot of changes have been made in that time and the infusion department is amazing now, I should know I'm one of the techs who starts and maintains IV's. I can personally say that I haven't missed on a patient in months and I only started a few months ago. Every patient I talk to loves doctor and many of them are happy to see me to start their IV's. The doctors wife may run the practice and I have no idea how she maintains the budget, what I do know if she busts her butt to make sure her patients can get their infusions and they are covered by insurance. Not only that but she runs this "PRIVATE" practice, she has to be very smart with money. DO NOT make statements about things you know nothing about. Keep in mind that many healthcare facilities have a high turn over rate for staffing that is normal. But the current tech has been here over two years and guy before that was there for 2yrs. The staff are treated well, trained well, and maintained well. I personally love working here, the employees, boss and doctor are wonderful, and all the patients have nothing but good things to say.

My mother went here for her infusions they can never get her veins!! This week she went for her infusion and was told we dont take your insurance. Did you just figure that out today?? So now she has to go without medication for four weeks! I used to work at this place and you will notice that the staff changes every month, They cant keep employees because Dr. Rossler's wife runs the place and is a penny pincher who treats the employees like crap. Again if you value your veins and your infusion go else where!! I recommend Dr. Alvin Wells!
