Couldn't have been happier with Dr. Perlewitz.  Very personable and really friendly.  His staff is very helpful and as accommodating as they can be.  He seems to be extremely busy but I can understand why with how he treated me and my family with the utmost respect and care for my life and telling me surgery is the last option.  He is a great doctor and would highly recommend going to him.  Hopefully you don't because if you have to see him you are in a lot of pain.

Dr. Perlawitz did my back surgery 3 years ago and I have not looked back,I'm living and loving life again. Not to mention his whole staff is a joy to deal with and very caring. Thank you for making me pain free.

I went to see Dr. Perlewitz to get a complete work up and a diagnosis. Dr. Perlewitz is a very caring person and had compassion for my suffering.   I was given choices in how I wanted to proceed with treating my diagnosis. His staff is so kind and capable and I have complete confidence in him and his staff. I am thrilled to say that I am much better and I would highly recommend him.

I have gone to Dr. Tom Perlewitz for a second opinion as the first doctor I saw recommended a major back surgery.  After a thorough exam he recommended a different course.  He is very knowledgeable and not only a great doctor but a very nice man.  ~Terry

Dr Perlewitz is a fantastic surgeon, he takes his time to explain all options both surgical and nonsurgical. He treats you like a person not just a file number. He only has what is in his patients best interest. I have found him to be more than just a Dr, he truly cares about all aspects of your health, your life, and your family's life before and after treatment.
Dr P has performed a very large and complex surgery on my lower spine and explained everything that me and my family could expect, he told me only what he could do and not do he did not make false promises or sugar coat anything.

As for his staff, they to are very helpful,friendly and treat you with great respect. I have had nothing but good experiences with them, Kaitlin his office & surgical coordinator is an angel, she will do everything she can to help you from setting appotments to explaining what to expect to supporting you and your family while you are Dr P's care.
Adam his physician assistant is the same way, he too take all the time you need, treats you like a person, explains and answers all your questions

I am so confident in Dr P and his staff, he is now going to perform a very dedicate spinal neck surgery on me which he and his colleagues went over very carefully and came up with the safest way for me to get the best results.

I would recommend Dr Perlewitz to anyone with absolutely no reservations, and I have.
