Dr. Stephens has been my children’s pediatrician since they were born and he’s been great! We usually see Cathy Gesell when we come in and she’s just amazing! Cathy is so friendly and my kids just love her. So thankful for both of them & the mercy staff!

Dr. Hoover is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor. Since Mercy asked him to move his practice to the I-35 location, you really notice a difference in customer service. Several of the Mercy nurses I have dealt with over the phone are rude and oftentimes do not handle prescription refills even after a week of trying! I miss Dr. Hoover's old practice and dealing with his own office staff and nurses, who were AMAZING! Dr. Hoover gets five stars. The staff of Mercy get two stars from me. :(

I've been disappointed ea visit I've had here. 1 Dr made fun of another that left his practice there to work on a more natural approach to treat women's hormone imbalances or feeling like "just a #" & beyond poor beside manner. Will never go back.

My dad had an appointment with cardiology area 240 and he had a heart attack and nobody notified my mother and i and he was still exhausted and the nurse was completly rude to my mother and i and he is still having trouble breathing and we left at 10:30 it is now 11:47, they didnt let him catch his breath or anything they forced him out, I will never go back there for anything this isnt the first time that somebody at this hospital has been rude
