I've been waiting for this office to submit treatment to my insurance for almost two months.  After repeated calls, there has been no response and I was told by the office that it's the responsibility of Sheila Bien.  Knowing a patient has waited in pain for this long, at their hands, is utterly irresponsible and malicious.

I have been to many Pain Dr's in Vegas The staff is ok But They have you take 1500.00 Drug tests that they know insurance Companies won't pay so we get stuck with 500.00 in bills for a freaking drug test! Its sad Dr's have come to this. This is the absolute worst nickel and dime practice i have ever seen! this is why this whole system is going to collapse. It just keeps getting worse watch yourself here! Never again!

Every time I come here I spend 1 hour + in the waiting room. When you come in there's usually 2 people sitting there chatting behind the desk.. they never acknowledge that anyone is there... you write your name down, sit for a minute, then they call you up for payment and then you go sit down again. I had to be here at 1pm for an appointment so I didn't have time to stop and get anything because they can't take 20 seconds to call and leave a voicemail that they're running behind, even though THEYRE ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. Waste of time. Don't come here. Go somewhere else that's, it's easy to beat this crappy place. I have an appointment at a much better place. Call your independent insurance broker and ask them where they recommend that you to. Best decision of my life because this place is crap! 💩 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
