Avoid this place for treatment. I would not recommend Nevada Heart to anyone. I had an appointment with Dr. Tselikis. I asked receptionist how many patients were in front of me and I was told two people. The waiting room was so crowded that people had to stand up because there was no place to sit. I waited for one hour and a half an was taken back to a room and then was told that was not Dr. Tselikis room and I would have to go back to the waiting room and it would be a while. I then spoke to reception again and asked why they told me there was only two patients in front of me. I was ignored at first and then finally one of them said Dr. Tselikis takes his time with his patients. I told reception Dr. Tselikis does not take that much time with his patients and then I told reception I took time off from work for this appointment and they could of cared less. I paid my $45.00 co-pay when I arrived for my appointment. I asked for my co-pay back and was ignored. I called the office and spoke with billing on 3/21/18 and was told my co-pay would be refunded. I had not received a refund for my co-pay so I called billing again today 4/20/18 and asked why I had not received my co-pay. I was told that the refund has not been requested and it would take anywhere from four to six weeks. Nevada Heart could care less about their patients.

Terrible staff. The entire office is dirty including the bathroom. I actually complained about the bathroom had to back to the office a few days later and it was still dirty. You wait forever for someone to call you, tests take forever to be scheduled, it takes forever to get an appointment. I like the doctor but feel it is not worth the hassle of waiting for things to be done. My health is more important to me and not a concern of this office,

The office staff is terrible they call you up give you information for supposedly coming from the doctor but they will never let you talk to the doctor they call and say their name is whatever it is and when you call back and tell whoever you're supposed to talk to that's also called they say that that sounds so person isn't your doctor's nurse and then you'd have to do a run around back and forth back and forth takes 3-4 days to get anything done until you finally have to go there and blow up at the office staff then when you go there they call Security on you they need to replace the whole staff at that office including the manage office manager until then this isn't a place where it's going it just hurts your heart more than it helps

Hostile, abrasive and arrogant back office staff who refuse to listen to patients. I cannot urge people reading this to find another office or location for their needs strongly enough.
