The woman that answers the phone and works at the front desk when you check in is extremely rude. Once you get passed her the rest of the staff is very pleasant. Would be a good office if they get rid of her. When your dealing with a migraine and just want to speak with your Dr or his nurse you really don't want to deal with a person that has no manners at all

If I could give zero stars I would I am currently sitting in the waiting room where I scheduled my appointment last week I've been waiting for over an hour and a half already and have been told there are still two more patients ahead of me! So if you have anything to do besides wait around in a loud and crowded waiting room I suggest you go somewhere else! Ps it is known that I have a splitting headache a neurologist's waiting room should not be this loud!
