Amazing office and Endodontist!!! Not only was I able to have a next day appointment but the way Dr. Ip and his assistant work together is like watching award winning dancers. His assistant knew his every next step and had every tool ready right when he needed it. They didn't miss a beat and my root canal took 50 minutes!! He explained every step of the way and was so gentle, I HIGHLY recommend him and his Team. They are truly a 5 star office.

This review is occasioned by my having confronted two very significant and difficult major dental challenges. In both circumstances the professional care by Dr. Ip saved me from terrible outcomes. The first challenge was when my regular dentist knew there was a problem he could not solve--pain at the top of my two front teeth (which already had caps on them). It turned out that the pain was being caused by a "false cyst" which was a sack of infection. Dr. Ip found a way to skillfully remove the cyst surgically without damaging the roots of the teeth or their stability. The second challenge was a tooth that hurt and turned out to have two splits. The root canal he performed saved the tooth which is now ready for a crown. Both of these major challenges could have turned out very badly but did not as a result of his skill and exceptional professional care. ln addition, the doctor and all his assistants are real psychologists. You do not feel like you are at a dentist's, you feel like you are in a barber's chair))).

I am VERY anxious when it comes to seeing the dentist so imagine my fear when I found out I needed a root canal. The tears immediately started flowing. I shared my concerns with Dr. Ip and he was very patient and listed to every concern and even gave me options. I had my procedure done without any problems, minimal pain and the best part was that he texted me later in the day to make sure I was feeling ok. I thought that was great customer service. I also like that the office is small and very intimate. Bedside manner is very important when you are anxious about something so this was added bonus.

Awesome experience! Had my ROOT canal last week. Very gentle & caring Dr & Staff. I felt better within an hour. Thanks Dr & whole Staff.

From the first phone call to schedule my appointment two weeks ago, I have been concerned about scheduling the appointment for a previous root canal procedure now infected. This morning as I walked into the office I immediately felt at ease. The office was impeccably clean, the receptionist was friendly, professional and accommodating. The entire disposition was highly impressive! The doctor's assistant offered me water, took xrays, and the doctor introduced himself was outstanding and proceeded to explain in detail my options for repairing an infected root canal. He was extremely intelligent, gentle, incredibly caring, informative, and the appointment left a lasting impression. There was no pain, everything being done was explained in detail and I came away with the realization that this physician was dedicated, caring, and unbelievable! I would recommend this physician and his entire office staff to anyone seeking true professionals in their field!
