Every single person at this practice goes out of their way to accommodate us. They are very friendly and engaging but most importantly address all of our health needs. We have never been steered wrong. So happy we found them!

OUTSTANDING customer service. GREAT healthcare providers.The staff here truly treats every single one of their patients like family, and they go above and beyond to ensure that the patients are taken care of and feel comfortable in their office. I highly recommend this practice!

I gave 5 stars because that's all that is allowed! :-) I have been a patient with Family Practice of Libertyville for years. I wouldn't think of changing doctors. The entire staff takes your welfare to heart and not only addresses the reason for your visit, but really listens if you have questions, but answers them.completely. That's very important to me. I became a patient when I worked in the area and even though I live miles out of the district, I continue to come because I trust them. Keep up the great work!

I have been a loyal patient here since it first opened up and even though my current insurance is not accepted here, I still choose this office because of how comfortable I feel here and they're the only ones that I trust. The staff and the office manager are so amazing and so friendly :)
