Let me just start out by saying that I love Dr Major! he is an awesome Dr. but as far as his office staff and their billing process it sucks! I had my appointment they took out a 50.00 co pay instead of a 25.00 copay and when questioned it they told me that it was clear back from January of 2014!! I told them that I pay every time I come in for my appointment, so I had to call down to their Billing office was told that Dr's office had to refund my $25.00, so I called and spoke with office manager once again and was told that "oh we knew you paid your copay back then but we didn't know where the billing dept put it!? well why are you taking more money from me? when it's your problem???? no answer. I am still waiting to get this resolved it has now been going on a month! I even proved they took the money with my bank statement! They need to change their billing situation it is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Had a similar experience as another reviewer. My 8 year old had a cyst removed by Mr Major. Soon after the cyst came back and my son ended up with an infection. Mr Major's PA told us it was impossible for the cyst to come back. We never actually saw Mr Major, post-op, just his PA. We ended up taking our boy to Primary Children where a doctor determined that the whole cyst HAD NOT been removed. They subsequently tried to bill us for the hack-job until I threatened legal action.

We were treated very well by the PA Holly. However I am very disappointed to learn that I have to pay another $40.00 copay for my follow up visit. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Was 'consulted' how much the surgery was. That was only HALF the total cost in the long run as the MANY follow ups that took place were also billed as individual appointments. PA "counseling" appointment was another $270. Very deceitful practice. Still receiving bills months later. Received an infection...you guessed it... More visits that are billed.

Great Experience!!!! I took my 10 year old son in because he had his nose broken playing soccer. Dr. Major interacted well w/ my son and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of his office staff. Dr. Major was very concerned w/ providing the proper treatment and care of my son. Surgery went w/out a hitch and the follow up was seamless. I would recommend him to everyone.
