Dr. Jessen and his staff were great to work with. They were very patient with any and all questions. Dr. Jessen is very personable and he takes the time to address any questions or issues that you may have. After my sinus surgery and initial follow up, I was having some slight sinus issues. He addressed them very quickly and assured me everything was still healing as normal. He made sure to take the time and make sure I felt comfortable about how everything was progressing. He is definitely a great doctor and I would recommend him to all my friends and family! It's nice to see doctors who are passionate about their work and truly care about their patients.

Updated review: I have spoke with Dr. Shane Jessen regarding my previous review, and he was genuinely concerned about what issues I may have had. This was a whole other side to him that I had the pleasure of seeing. Now that I have recovered from the surgery, I have seen amazing results! I have had two prior sinus surgeries, and I didn't see nearly as much improvement as I have with this one regarding my sinuses and my mouth! Dr. Jessen is an amazing, and thorough surgeon. The only problem I had was with the lady who handles the insurance not communicating very well with me, but he has assured me that he will address that with her. They have an amazing crew, and I consider myself blessed to have had them helping me. Will recommend from here on out to anyone and everyone!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extraction done by Dr. Jessen. We could not be more pleased with the care she received. Mike primarily helped us through the process. He was so kind and explained both pre and post procedure information with excellent clarity and detail. I would not hesitate a moment in recommmendimg this wonderful team to anyone in need of their services!

These guys are awesome. They made me feel really comfortable. No pain. Very quick and professional. They have done one implant. They also had to replace my implant screw because my bone didn't hold. All that was free under his 5 year guarantee. I really really like going here is wish he was my regular dentist

I had a implant done here, Jessen and his staff couldn't have been more amazing, they made me feel comfortable and the procedure was quick with no pain. Healing went perfect as well. The office staff was diligent and extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance. I see some negative comments on here about insurance issues and don't let that steer you away from Jessen, remember you can always call yourself to verify insurance before hand (smh). I will be coming back for another procedure soon and I am at ease knowing I'm in good hands from Dr. to staff. Thanks for making a uneasy patient feel welcome and well taken care of.
