Saw the InstaCare doctor and she prescribed me a steroid. She said I'd be better after taking 4 pills for two days but after the two days I was still in pain. I called to see if I could get a few more seeing as 4 was hardly enough, and after calling and leaving messages the front desk lady finally called back and said I would have to come in again for them to be able to get a prescription. Basically just wanting me to pay another $50 so they can give me a couple more pills. I will be going to Ogden Clinic now since my symptoms are not better. Thanks a lot!

After calling twice 10 minutes before closing and getting no answer, I arrived 5 min before closing went to the wrong side of doors and when I found the correct doors they tried saying that they were closed according to "their clocks." I argued and said that my iPhone says it's barely 8:00 now and I have been out here arguing with you. They still would not see my daughter and suggested we go to the ER. So disappointed and mad.

Today, my doctor ordered a blood test. Went to the lab to have blood drawn. After 4 pokes !!!, the lab techs (Jackie and Ashley) told me the needle is in my vein but no blood is coming out (No kidding). Went to McKay Dee instead to have blood drawn. No fuss no muss on the first try. Lab techs definitely need more training.

I have seen multiple doctors at this clinic, most recently Dr. Cook. I was reading some of the reviews and some one put that she is not a doctor because she is a DO. This is not true and obviously there was a miss understanding. She is a doctor, it is just weather they chose MD, or DO. It is what the doctor chose's to have behind their name. She can also do some manipulation techniques as well. She and all the doctors including the insta care do an amazing job with the patients. They make you feel like they truly care about you. They help you get to the bottom of things. Some times you may have to weight a little, but if you are patient enough you will learn that someone was in need of extra time from them. Love this clinic and will always come here!!
