I have been going to Dr. Miles office since they were a small practice. Since his office has been growing he has had growing pains especially with his staff and how they treat his patients. I have two insurances and I am constantly having to file my secondary for them as they say we did this and we did that when as soon as I take care of it myself they are immediately paid. I find it hard to believe that Tricare would not pay them if they did what they were supposed to do by sending my primary EOB. Now I am asked to pay for my visits because once again I had to file my secondary insurance. Secondly I said to the girl at the front desk that things worked a lot smoother and was more patient friendly when their office was smaller and I was told and I quote "We are just getting bigger" What does that mean? I took it as we his loyal patients helped him grow now we don't need you as growing is more important. Well I'm done with the arrogance of your staff and the lack of respect for my time that they project on your behalf. It is time to move on.

My family has been going to Dr. Miles for years. They don't make me feel rushed while I'm in there, but I never have to wait long when I have appointments either! Even though I only see him once a year usually, Dr. Miles remembers me and can always engage in conversations. I would definitely recommend this office

I recommended my sister to use this facility and they are the greatest. They take care of me and my sister. Thank you for all the good work. You are truly angels on earth.

I've been seeing Dr. Miles for 10 years now and him and his staff are great. I will never go to another Doctor. He is a 5 star Doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Miles for about 5 years now I would guess and have had nothing but positive experiences. They do what they can to work me in on my schedule and do their best to make sure I am taken care of. Even when Dr. Miles is busy and I have to see another doctor I always have a great experience.
