This doctor's office has the worst staff and outrageous appointment times. Im not sure if they have good doctor's at this practice or not because you will have to wait 3 to 4 months to get an appointment. I just called to get a sick visit appointment with a doctor and was told that I could not be seen until December. I might not heal over night but I pray to God that I am not still sick in December. Waiting to get in for an appointment at this place I will be dead. The office staff is also not helpful at all. There should be certain symptoms and conditions related to your heart and breathing that should get you an immediate appointment but at this place they dont care.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF & LONG WAITS! I've gone to this office 3 times before I finally gave up and look for another physician. Dr. Hacker is wonderful but the office staff and wait time is so bad its unbearable. Its not uncommon to wait over 45 min for a visit. Calling the office to talk to someone is nearly impossible as the office staff is on a lunch break from 11-1 and has a contract answering service. I tried calling 3 times for test results and each time they told me the doctor or NP would call me back. I waited 3 days and never heard from anyone. Everytime I called they said "I just talked to the doctor and she should call you in 5 minutes". If you ask to talk to anyone but the office staff, they wont let you. I've heard bad reviews from many other friends and co workers so I decided to leave and find another PCP

I love this office and their staff. Very Friendly and is very helpful when I call with any question. I can usually get a same day appointment if I call in the mornings and a next day typically if i call in the afternoons. Bed side manner is great and they give you their full attention and not rushed. Sometimes there is a wait int he waiting room but never really over an hour. It doesnt bother me because I would hope they would take care of others like they have taken care of me and my family. I love that they remember me and my family everytime we come in and if i bring my kids they always get a snack! They know exactly where the snack drawer is! I have tried other Pediatritions and doctors and I recommend this one.

The wait here is RIDICULOUS. To see the doctor expect a 2 - 3 hour wait, and this is not a fluke, it's every time. If you see the NP you will be in and out within a half hour to fourty five min. The doctors are very friendly though, and helpful.
