I would give 10 stars if I could.  The whole office was very personal.  Dr Nally is very calm and gentle.  I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend Dr Nally to everyone

This was an experience that I would not mind having again. Dr. Nally was very gentle and skilled. The staff here was polite and helpful. I never would have thought that having a root canal could be so painless! That tooth aggravated me for years. Thanks Dr. Nally!

Have had three root canals done by Dr. Nally he is the very best in Greenville. His staff is awesome

I had a similar experience to Melissa below.. had a root canal done inn january.. I have had pain since my root canal procedure and cannot chew/put pressure on that side of my mouth.  Was brushed off and said it was probably my TMJ and that he couldn't do anything else to fix me.  Horrible service, experience and I will not never go back or recommend this endodontist to anyone.

I'll start out by saying this was my 3rd root canal and Ive never had any issues before now. This was my first and ONLY time going to this provider.  I had my root canal in August.  I have had pain since the procedure..with it slowly getting worse.  Went to have it rechecked yesterday and I felt like I was brushed off.  Told me to wait a while and see if it stops.  I called back today to ask if he can go ahead and go back into the tooth to make sure nothing was missed.  I was told he can do that but I'd be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost up front.  How is this fair to me as a patient?  He has been paid over $1,000 already.  When something could possibly be wrong with the initial treatment, you should NOT charge someone again, PERIOD! I will NEVER go back here and if I have to pay someone to fix my botched root canal it certainly will NOT be him.  Stay away from this place.  They don't care about you, they only care about getting paid for shabby work.
