This is the WORST pediatric dentist I have ever experienced! I will NEVER EVER take my daughter back!! Dr. Munch talked extremely ugly to my daughter, had no patience and rushed through the procedure. Acted as if she was just a thing and not a child who is already terrified of the dentist! Thanks to them my daughter is not horrified to go back to any dentist bc of the lack of compassion and patience! The dental assistant was extremely rude as well. Needless to say, this mama wanted to punch someone in the face by the time we left. Please please do your research before going to the dentist. We know now not to ever go back!! Very disappointed!

The last visit of my child was an unpleasant experienced. The hygienist cleaned my kid's teeth less than 15 minutes she rushed the cleaning process. As a parent, we have the right to decline any services that we find unnecesary. When the dentist knew that I didn't allow it at this time, he showed contempt about it. Although, they persuaded us it is very minimal risk but still the biggest concern is the accumulation of radiation exposure to our children. Back in the days, the doctor can still function and properly diagnosed without the latest technology we have at the present time. My point is, I hope the doctor would treat our children as if their own not just a thing they can get money out of it. I know there are many doctors out there that our very dedicated and humanitarian. I hope I can find one.

I just took my three children. My youngest was in tears on the way there and left feeling like he had just attended a birthday party. 😉 Excellent patience and kindness.

My child is now terrified of the dentist because of this practice. The staff was extremely forceful with her. Yes, she is little and was already nervous but because of their tone and lack of patience, our second visit was an even bigger nightmare. The hygienist was getting physical with her when it was obvious my daughter needed some time to be comforted. On top of that, she needed some work done on her teeth and they wanted to do it without any pain relief at all. They told me she would strapped to a board while the procedure was done. I understood this was for her safety but they also said more staff would need to be present to hold her down. She would have had to be screaming and throwing up through a very lengthy procedure with her mouth forced open. Not once did they suggest that we be referred somewhere else so she could be sedated. That is what sent me over the edge. If it was obvious that she was already terrified just for a cleaning, why in the world would they want to have her fully awake and aware for a painful procedure? We have since located a different office to see if a transition will be helpful.

Dr Muncy is a wonderful pediatric dentist. I started taking my kids there after having a bad experience with our pediatric dentist. We drove over an hour each way because he was so good with the kids. My youngest son was terrified of doctors due to lots of health problems, multiple specialist etc. but Dr Muncy was patient with him, sang goofy songs and communicated well with my kids. We stayed there for well over 10yrs. The only reason I switched dentist is because one of the dentist that worked along side Dr Muncy opened a practice in our hometown and it was a convinence decision.
