I had two fillings done here in January.  I've now had both fillings replaced.  One was replaced within two weeks while I was on a work trip due to not sealing, it was giving me a severe headache.  The second was replaced this month (8 months after being filled) because it again was not sealed completely.  Some of the employees have mediocre English, and they billed me the wrong amount for my insurance so I had to go back and force them to give me a refund.  (They did not automatically issue that.)  Going back through my insurance today, it looks like they tried to file a second claim for my work which my insurance denied.  They were nice about the cleaning and gave me good advice for cleaning retainers, but I would never let me do dental work for me again.
