Made an appointment with strict instructions that I needed to be in and out within an hour. 50 minutes after arriving I'm still sitting in the waiting room... 

Update: after being led in and getting measurements taken, it only took ~10 minutes from walking in the secondary waiting room to walking out the door with my updated prescription info so it wasn't too much longer than I was wanting. But still the fact remains that I could've been in and out within 10 minutes if I didn't have to wait for 50 in the initial waiting room.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeBerry's for 14 years, and her move to Roper only improved things.  Now she has a staff who is equally professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Everything we needed was addressed including:  quick appointment, short wait, after hours call to pharmacy, and fast turn around on immunization form.  Thank you Dr. DeBerry and staff.

I recommend Dr. DeBerry to everyone because she is not only a sensational physician,  she has taken her time to get to know me as her patient and not just a number.
