Very disappointed in the level of care my daughter recently received from the P.A., Allison McCloud, who took over for Dr. Ewens when he left and went into another practice. She does not feel that her needs are being listened to and her medications dosing fluctuates for no apparent reason. My daughter , as well as myself and whole family were patients of Dr. Ewens for many years. We always received compassionate, professional, and attentive care during that time but now that he is gone we thought we’d give his replacement a try but we at this point cannot accept subpar healthcare from a practice that is supported fully by a physician’s assistant with the only attention received from an actual board certified medical doctor is the signing off of your prescriptions. She hasn’t once since Dr. Ewens left seen a doctor, only the physician’s assistant. I believe there is some form of a communication gap between Ms. McCloud and the doctor that is overseeing her which could be causing a breakdown in the services being provided. Whatever the cause doesn’t matter at this point we are looking elsewhere for a doctor in Summerville that will take care of us with the level of care we got from Dr. Ewens.

Allison McCloud is wonderful and great. But ever since PPCP took over from Dr Ewens, it has gone straight downhill. Find somewhere else if you eawa attentive care. No longer is there a person to talk to when you call. Their automated voice response system sucks and their staff are too busy sucking on lollipops to talk to you. They don't kerp accurate records and want everything done through their portal. I love some of the people but the Corp of PPCP just sucks ass!!!

Just called to make an appointment with my primary care physician Frampton W Henderson lll and his office assistant told me he was available tomorrow at 2:00 due to a cancellation. I tell her I have never been into the office but I am 25 weeks pregnant and very sick. Her response sorry but since you've never been to the office it will be weeks before we can see you. My response, you just told me you had a cancellation for tomorrow. If you want a doctor that doesn't take his hypocratic oath serious or doesn't want to help sick pregnant women who have him listed on their insurance card as primary care physician, I have just the man for you, Frampton W Henderson lll. On the phone with my insurance company now changing my primary care physician!

This is THE WORST office you can go to...especially if you dont have insurance. She will rush you in and out of the office like she doesn't have time for you. $109...to see the FNP for only 3 mins... Then make you come back for additional visits that are unnecessary just to milk more money out of you. This place is a joke. BEWARE this office is $$$ hungry!!!
