So this is my first MD review.  I was recommended to reach out to Dr. Bellomo by my primary care physician's office for vaccinations related to travel abroad. 

His staff, despite being very busy, were entertaining, helpful, and very professional. 

Keep in mind if you're using him for vaccinations related to travel, your insurance won't cover them. Due to previous issues of non-payment, they only take cash. Call ahead of time so they can let you know how much each vaccination and the office visit will be. 

Now if you need a primary care physician,  that's also an option you have at this office. Although I love my primary care physician, I think in the future it would save me time just to do everything here- I'm planning to travel before this scheduled trip so I will certainly consult the office. 

They accept most types of insurance if we're talking about routine work or medical services. 

Despite having other patients in the waiting room and it being the end of the day, Dr. Bellomo took the time to carefully ask me questions both medical and just about my life to put me at ease. He also provided me with tips and tricks for the area I was planning to visit. Being a bit of a biology geek, I really enjoyed how he was able to highlight specific strains and dangers of pathogens I might encounter in my destination country.  He even provided a recommendation on the type of anti malarial prophylaxis he would prefer I took to best prevent infection in this region. 

Again, his staff was helpful (and entertaining) for the extensive paperwork that comes with proving that you've received the necessary immunizations.  

I'm writing this review as I had seen Dr. Bellomo listed in a few internet searches a few months back but hadn't really found much information on the office, and well- his team was exceptional. Hopefully this can help somebody in the future who is stressed about travel or even finding a primary care physician.  

I will certainly return.
