Whenever the appointment is, you have to wait for 2 hrs. And today they were not able to retrieve my changed insurance. And no patience to listen to me and rude. After waiting for 3 weeks for the appointment, had to return back disappointed. They need to update their system and service. Would not recommend. Don't even willing to give 1 star.

Very friendly staff. Girls at the reception are the best. Doctor was also very professional and friendly. Detailed exam of my kids eyes. And very fast too. Came in at 9, was waited for 10 minutes to be called in.

Even with an appointment you have to wait 1.5hrs before the doctor sees you. Understaffed and poorly managed place. The doctors are also running around to get to all patients and rushing as a result. Quality of care is poor I would not recommend this place.

Great doctors, very professional, excellent service. I now live in Florida however every year both my husband and I come to Dr. Paneriello and Dr. Cervenak for our yearly check up. We also purchase contact lenses, regular glasses and sunglasses from them, they stand behind their products. Throughout the years we have been to all of their locations and always received excellent care.

Make sure you dig down on the people giving the review. you'll find that that has alot more to do with the review, then it does the place. these folks were friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to help. I'll bring my business here more than often.
