I paid so much money for treatments and testing (as did my husband) that my insurance didn't cover. Because the Elimination Diet didn't work for me, (the approved low inflammation foods made me sick because I react to FODMAPs and nightshade veggies, he was stumped and passed me on to his associate Lori, who put me on a disgusting inflamacor shake (banana was supposed to be the good one) that was ridiculous in price and did nothing because I couldn't drink it. Then I received a letter that said that to serve their patients better they were no longer accepting my insurance. Really? Please explain how that serves me better as a patient. Everyone is very friendly, but don't kid yourself. This is a business and you're not their friend.

Wasn't impressed .  There follow up to info requested via on line portal when i was a patient was never replied too. I had to call them. He ordered some useless blood work that was expensive  .staff couldn't answer some of the questions about blood work I found better alternative doctors in Rockford who did help me.
