I have not known Dr. G long, but when I first met him I felt amazingly comfortable with him. He is very kind and understanding to each of his patients needs. I have also noticed that his entire office is very helpful. The receptionist may get busy, but they will help you as fast as possible. His team of therapists are beyond any other level I've had in my many years of therapy. He and my therapist responded to an emergency call to figure out what to do for me at the hospital, and they were very concerned that I was okay. Like I said, I haven't known Dr. G long but I already feel comfortable around him as if I've known him for years.

Dr. Giakas is an incredible physician. He really cares about you the patient and what is best for you! I have been to several different physicians in the past and I am so Grateful for Dr. Giakas! Very respectful and the mannerism of the entire staff is Wonderful! If you ever need a physician in this area, give Dr. Giakas office a call. You'd be glad you did! I am!

This place is the worst, most disorganized psychiatric office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If it wasn't for my counselor Rachel, I wouldn't have ever gone back after the first appointment. The secretaries Peggy and Cindy are rude and clueless. I went here for 2 years, and they decided to close my case due to missed appointments that I've always paid! They state that it's office policies, but the amount I pay for a missed appointment is the same as the amount insurance covers when I go so I don't get why that's their "policy." Over 2 years, I had to deal with so many ridiculous things I didn't even argue when they closed my case without warning because I'm so glad to be done with this office. I can't believe they are still in business with the way they treat psychiatric patients like absolute dirt.

I have worked with Angie for quite sometime now. Very kind and thorough. There was a problem with my bill. Cindy helped me. She is rebilling my insurance and told me not to worry about it. Thank you Cindy. I think if people remember to treat people as they want to be treated they will have a positive result. If folks are looking for something to complain about patient attitude should remain positive. Very busy office. Have always felt well taken care of. Thanks again RPS.

I'm mad I got dropped cause they stopped taking Medicaid. I want to come back I haven't been able to find a good one since. I want Angie back.
