I love this office. Wait times are long, no question. But that just means Dr Berry is thorough, attentive, and gives each patient his best. We also like Dr Seamons. I have not been pleased with my experience with Dr Pace, but I just don't schedule with him and it's no issue. Dr Berry is our family Dr and delivered my last baby. He's a walking medical encyclopedia, is very kind, and listens to his patients like they're not idiots. We love Dr Berry and recommend him to everyone we know. Their new PA, Matthew, seems knowledgeable and listens to your concerns.

Dr Berry is genuinely interested in his patients and cares for them like family. He is the kind of guy that my 3 year old gets excited about visiting, and if you know anything about kids and doctor's offices...that isn't common. We love Dr Berry!

Multiple issues happened in my visit. I don't usually write reviews but I'm still upset about the visit Firstly, I'm thankful they were able to accept a walk-in so soon, that's a great feature and wish more places would be able to do that. however When I called i thoroughly presented my concern on what I needed to go in there for and asked if that's something they would be able to do. Explained where my cyst was and if they could do anything about it, after letting them know my experiences with it and other details from previous appointments in my home state, and they again assured they could. The lady on the phone also told me that as self pay, i'd pay $100 for the visit with the 30% discount. The doctor walks in for maybe 10 minutes TOPS after waiting for an hour and walks in only to tell me that he can't do anything about it and has to refer me to another doctor. He goes to "ask the other doctors their opinions" and that they may or may not come in before seeing the issue. He walks back in and reassures his "thought" on the suggestion. I understand what he said, but for that same reason is why I made sure to call and get answers on the phone before wasting my time and money on a consultation that meant nothing or shed any light on the issue. To make matters worse, I had to ask the doctor for some type of medication to at least help fight the infection, and he stood there for a second and said "uh, yeah i guess we could do that". I don't understand why that wouldn't even cross his mind after telling me there's nothing he can do, yet he knows its an infection. I felt like the whole thing was an absolute waste of time and giving information that I had already provided to them. When i was at the checkout counter the bill was $175, plus the 30% discount around $125. She had told me a few hours earlier it would be $100. WHERE DID THE EXTRA 25 COME FROM? I feel robbed and like there was no sense of taking care of a new patient. Bad experience, should have walked out of that place after doctor says he can't do anything after barely looking at it for 2 minutes. Now I wasted that money to go to another doctor and pay for the same initial visit. Other hospitals told me no because of the situation when I called them, like you should have. I don't recommend the office at all and feel like i was taken advantage of and highly believe things need to be made right, and they have the power to do so -Bruno Morini

Love Dr. Berry, I trust him and he has the best bedside manner but calling to ask a medical question is an hour long time commitment and going in for an appointment is a longer one! Why do they have an answering service with no medical knowledge answering the phones? If I'm asking questions about a test for Down syndrome for my unborn child and the answering service says "oh yes! Is that the glucose test?" I feel a sense of alarm. I've had to sit through 40 minute phone calls and spent 35 of that time on hold because they were calling the office to get answers to my questions and when I had a question about the answer they came back with they had to put me on hold and call the office AGAIN! How does this make sense? Just cut out the middle man and let me speak to a nurse directly! When I actually do go in for an appointment. I don't see a Doctor until 45-1 hour past my scheduled time. That is so frustrating to a parent who has to get a babysitter for each appointment just for them to take 5 minutes to check my blood pressure and listen to my baby's heartbeat. Dr. Berry you a 5 star Dr. but the hassle I have to go through to get a medical question answered is starting not to feel like it's not worth the hassle.
