I had read the bad reviews about wait-times on here before scheduling my appointment, but I honestly assumed that they were exaggerated. Unfortunately, they are not. 

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to a room full of people waiting. Overheard one woman say that she had been waiting for 3 hours, spoke with another woman who told me that she had been waiting for 3 hours as well. I waited for a while and then left before being seen because I do not have a quarter of my day to waste, and I have another appointment 40 minutes away that I cannot miss (which would've happened, despite me planning them far enough apart in time so that I could make both appointments on time.) Judging by the amount of people STILL waiting after 1-3 hours, I figured that I was not going to be seen on time and would miss my other appointment. 

Not sure if I'll return, I'm extremely disappointed with the immensely inconsiderate time-management here. I cannot wrap my head around it whatsoever and it is completely unjust. They should properly manage their appointments, not just take whatever comes their way. Extremely, extremely taken aback by this. 

A 10-25 minute wait is somewhat expected when seeing a doctor, but a continuous and regularly-occurring 1-3 hour wait is inexcusable, and at this point, the result of discourteous and entitled time-management.

Omg. Worst service, longest wait, mean unprofessional manager, wrong and continuse mistaken charges, unprofessional treatment, no appointment always 2 hour wait. The doctor is nice and skilled tho and we liked her but doesn't worth it for all other negatives. Stay Away!

Is was the best experience I have ever had with a physician.  The doctor and her staff are outstanding.  Wait time was short, very clean facility, customer service was great.  I highly reccomend Dr. Cocoziello.

First visit was ok, had to wait over an hour. The second visit was horrible. I could hear the receptionist talking about my insurance with fellow employees. My. Mom tagged along for the visit with me and the dr yelled at her to put her phone way its not allowed. I could understand not having a phone but honestly it was lack of manners the dr had. I feel dr Susan could have taken a differnet tone with my mom given they are the same age. She basically told my mom off like she was a kindergartner. Totally unprofessional. The whole time I was sitting there was I was thinking waiting to get out to look for another dr. The min I left my mom told me she never introduced herself and got mad the nurse left papers on the table. And  If you want to stay with a rude and disrespectful dr stay here but since I pay 150 for the visit it's best I take my money where it's appropriate. Anther dr with be great fully for your time. #lasttimeever
