DISGRACEFUL! My mother and I were both patients of Dr. G, she is incompetent and a disgrace to doctors. Her office staff is just as bad as herself. Thank god my sister and I are in the medical field and were able to get my mother her Prolia injections ( good friends with the pharmacy). Dr. G and her staff decided after my friend and I took the steps to get it approved she would charge my mothers insurance over a thousand dollars to Inject the medication. After my mother never received a bill until entering the office that day her staff rudely turned my mother away for the unpaid bill unless she was able to “call someone for a card number or she would not be seen”. She was not seen that day! I called to speak to Dr. G regarding this matter and was advised by her unprofessional staff “she doesn’t talk to patients over the phone” haha ! This Dr and her staff are disgusting, jokes, disgrace to healthcare , and have Poor patient care. I truly hope the insurance company catches on to what she’s billing for.
