Refused to refill vital medications such as anti-epileptic and anti-depressants when I had an appointment scheduled the next month. The office could not get me an appointment any earlier. I was left during the Holidays without medications I have taken for years. I was eventually told why and to call my primary physician. I spent the next few days without my medication and scrambling to locate and communicate with my primary. His lack of patient care is very distressing. He is going to put someone in the hospital.

Dr. Head is the best doctor I have personally ever visited. He's attentive, relatable, and very knowledgeable. The wait time in the office has never been more than 10 minutes for me. The facility is wonderful. The staff is awesome! You will not find a better Neurologist in Jackson. I'd bet you won't find a better one in Tennessee!
