The first several visits I didn't have good experiences, but have gotten better. They seem very busy and maybe overwhelmed, so I understand that others may have needed more attention than I did.

I broke my wrist in two places.  Dr. Cabrera was my doctor and I had nothing but good experiences with her and the facility.

I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the person that I was speaking to was not friendly. She sound like she didn't like her job. She asked for all of information including insurance, but after taking down all of my information, she ask for my insurance number. I told her that I didn't have it on me and that I left it at home, she was really rude. she stated well I can't make your appointment. This is something she should have asked for before asking me for all of my information from the start. If you don't like your job, then go find a new one. I would NEVER recommend this orthopedic office to anyone! Don't waste your time. They deserve 0 stars.

Beginning with the expert and compassionate work done to repair a spiral fracture of my husband's leg to a number of my own Orthopaedic issues during this decade, TOA has been first rate. Expert care, prompt and compassionate medical care is always the norm.

Every single visit they are always "running behind" about 1-1.5 hours. It is super rediculous!!!
