Story

Premier Medical Group’s story began in 1995 when a handful of local physicians took it upon themselves to create an environment for patients that simply offered them more. A hub for primary care to serve as a starting point for all of their medical needs. The integration of multiple specialties for the ease of referring and access. And convenience to all the services the group would offer. The vision that began with 22 doctors, today touts 40 board certified physicians, with almost 20 mid-level providers helping to extend the care that our patients need and want.

Well my son's doctor is great but this office is terrible and it starts with calling in. First I cannot hear the recordings or the secretaries even on speaker phone. They are so incredibly low that even with my ear pressed hard against the phone, other ear plugged, no sounds on in the house, and on speaker phone I can hardly hear what is going on. I am a little hard of hearing but I have never experienced this level of difficulty calling anywhere else. It is super frustrating. Then the front staff is very cold and rude. And my final complaint is that they are rescheduling my apointments regularly which makes me have to call in to fix it. The site never allows me to reschedule bc it says that there are no apointments available for months. Doesn't make any sense! Obviously they have too many patients to keep up in a respectable manner. Looking for a better place to go.

My wife made an initial appointment, for our son weeks ago, only to show up early, be told that we were 1 week too soon, and we would have to reschedule. Before all of this nonsense, they called us to reschedule in the 1st place. This is NOT acceptable! I wish we had gotten the name of that incompetent person, who did the initial scheduling, I would've called her out! I won't be surprised is we end up finding somewhere else to go for his Dr. I'll find out tomorrow after my son's re-rescheduled initial appointment! 😠 Well, it happened again, so I had to cancel both of my kid's appointments, because these guinness people are unable to keep appointment times once they're made. We're never going back! 😝😖😡😠😤

We've been coming to this office and with the same doctor for 8 years now. The last year or so it's gotten so big that patients and parents are no longer the priority.

From the front door all the way to the Dr.'s exam everyone was friendly and helpful. We are new to Tennessee and it's nice to see a smiling face and helping hand.

The staff is friendly enough when you come for your appointments but they had scheduled an appointment for my son for ADHD and when we show up they tell us we shouldn't have had an appointment until we had filled out surveys no one even told us about. It took another 3 weeks to get him another appointment after coming in and wasting our time. Then we come in and the dr says he thinks it is ODD and refers us to a psychologist. We have to wait another 3 weeks to see him. He says it is ADHD and gives us a request for medication from his regular Dr. It took three days of non stop calling to finally get the dr to call us back about his script. He didn't have an appointment open until a month from now so they kept giving us the run around about picking up the script and making an appointment for later. Everytime we called they had a different excuse for why the dr hadn't called us. He might be in surgery all day, he might not have been there, he might not have seen the message yet. It was ridiculous. The Dr's are obviously overworked and have taken on too many patients. I suggest if you are looking for a new Dr look somewhere else unless you like long waits for appointments and long waits in the waiting rooms when you get there and Dr's who take days to call you back.
