An appointment to be told he wouldn’t help with my son’s antidepressants. I guess being told over the phone initially wouldn’t have sufficed? Perhaps they wanted to charge the visit fee to the insurance. I should have listened to others complaints but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and give this physician a chance. I immediately dropped him and added someone different.

He doesn't even earned one he was down right rude and judgemental. He acted like he cared more about being right than the well being of my child

WORST DOCTOR EVER! Changing my son doctor right now. My 3 year old son started to have febrile seizures and I asked the doctor if he can run some tests or refer me out just so I can get a piece of mind that everything is ok with my son. I voiced to him how I'm so concerned about my child and HE DID NOTHING ! Came in the room for 5 mins and left out.

I have no complaints against him. He done good doctor for my 12 years old daughter for two years . Now I'm registered another child see him.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. All these negative reviews don't even surprise me. This practice is the absolute worst place you could ever bring your child. Dr. Verdeflor cares only about money and getting paid and has no concern for the wellbeing of his patients and their families. Not to mention their practice illegally with-holds patient medical records if there is an insurance claim in process or an unpaid balance. I'm currently in the process of trying to switch my daughter's pediatrician and apparently this office is upset and now wants to give me this giant run around in order for her records to be released, causing me and my family unnecessary stress AND affecting the healthcare of my 5 year old daughter. Before you think about bringing your child to this "doctor" I would highly suggest you look elsewhere and then run as far as you can away from this place. It's sad that a lot of parents are forced to choose this physician (as I was) since he is one of the few in this area that accepts Medicaid insurance. If you have the option to go somewhere else please save yourself and your child the experience of having to deal with such an incompetent and unprofessional practice.
