Bad experience both times I went, Dr Talked to assistant THE ENTIRE INJECTION PROCEDURE...LAUGHING AND IGNORED ME. I was face down getting facet block injections:( 2nd time I went was another mistake! I was unable to walk for 40 mins after the injections and they NEVER once asked how I was doing even after my poor husband went and told them I was dizzy and unable to even hold my head up!!! SCARY PLACE!!! Now seeing another attentive, caring warm pain dr in Palm coast. NEVER AGAIN! They dont get one star from me...they DONT care about people. :( SAD

If I could put negative stars i would. UNPROFESSIONAL!! Ive been getting pain management help for over10years. Came here they wanted to start from scratch! Just wanted to push injectables, which due to my condition i cannot have...or my life will be threatened. Never read my file, every appt doctor didnt know me and said same thing. Malpractice waiting to happen. All about money.....no patient care at all!

Fell from my roof 8 yrs ago, a brick edge went into L1, today I cannot sit upright in a chair or bend at all. MY experience with PRC was poor, I was given my regular medication for 3 months, then , by a pleasant female blonde Dr., but, then, given- the Pin the Tail on the Donkey shots, of Steroids, with nothing but the bad side effects steroids can bring ( acne, lack of sleep, craving sugar). THEN,sent to Jacksonville ( a rough trip for me, even in a driven van) to see a neurologist, who would tell me he didnt know- if I NEEDED a Morphine Pump, which was AGAINST my wishes, in the first place. I was only taking 15 mgs of Morphine, a VERY low dose and I didnt WANT a Tuna Can, sticking out of my side, and to become "married", to PRC & Liquid Morphine. If anything went wrong- with my appointments= Instant Withdrawals. Dr Malik , whom I had not been treated by, then told me-, since I refused the morphine pump, they could no longer treat me & I was given my letter. Horrible "pain management" treatment at THIS place, unless you adore steroids or Tuna Cans under the skin of your belly. I was still a bikini worthy female, and it was not wanted or needed. I do not recommend this place ,or Dr. Malik., HEARTLEsS MAN. During the 5 months, searching, but now, with no pain management, my Mother in Seattle, was dying, my ticket was there, a place to stay, but I could not endure, the 10 hour flight, with no medication. I hope theres a special place in limbo for Malik, HE EARNED IT. To compare dosages of morphine, an active drug addict, will take around 400 mgs per day. There was no need for a pump. No reason to stop my low does medications. Ridiculous and for me, one of the saddest events of my life, missing my Mothers death, I was her only child, she died alone... Thanks PRC.

Dr. Joseph, sports medicine doctor. I have seen quite a few doctors since being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis in 2010. I have NEVER had one treat me the way she has. This was my third time seeing her in this office, and every time is the same. She is condescending, rude and unprofessional. She does not listen to what I have to say. Today she told me that I need to exercise 30 minutes a day, hard enough to break a sweat. This is after I explain my trouble walking. When I asked her, what abbot those people unable to do that? Her exact words to me were, "everyone is able to do that. Everyone. Ride a bike, run, find something you can do." Everyone, huh? Dr. Joseph, I strongly suggest you go back to school.

HAD TO SWITCH DOCTORS DUE TO MY INSURANCE , BOTH DR JOSEPH AND SHARMA HAVE BEEN AWESOME. THEY HAVE TRIED A NUMBER OF PROCEDURES AND ARE WILLING TO KEEP TRYING NEW THINGS. I AM ONLY ON TRAMADOL FOR RELIEF AND WAS ON A HYDROCODONE, THEY HELPED ME GET OFF OF IT. THANK TO THE WHOLE STAFF, ADA RENEE MCLEOD
