Great PCP for years!

The last experience with this office was awful. And even after complaining, and get a promise of a call back from the doctor regarding my issue, NO CALL! Never again. Awful bedside manner, total lack of organization. I am currently searching for a new PCP. The Dr. and the Nurse practitioner were bad.

Dr is great but the office is incompetent. If you're lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone you'll get an array of excuses and unfulfilled promises of a call back that will never come. Last prescription mistake took 2 months , 7 calls and found out today was never called in. Changing Drs today.
