Great location downtown Fredericksburg, VA on Caroline St. Tucked back in the same location as City Vino (get a bottle of wine after sweating your life away in hot yoga class). The HOT YOGA class is exactly what I was looking for in a yoga studio. Make sure to downtown the MINDBODY app. to sign up PRIOR to class because these classes book up quickly. The hot yoga room is small (which is nice). The instructors are well trained and the owner is on site. Alana is my favorite instructor- she really connects with her students and pushes students to reach the next level in their personal practices. I enjoy the peaceful feeling so the space and the music played during class. Give them a try- drop in rate is $12/class (well worth it). First time ever with yoga. I have a left foot that is in bad shape, but the instructor work with me to ensure I didn't hurt it. Also she let me work at my own. pace and limits. I highly recommend it for the beginner. I don't know about the advanced classes because I only have been at the beginner, but the other people looked happy when they left from their class. There was no sale pressure to sign you into a long term contract or anything like that. Wonderful place to go to. Downtown Fredericksburg with nice shops and stuff around. Loved it.

Great place and teachers- they have both regular (beginner, intermediate) yoga and hot yoga. Other classes as well but haven't tried those yet. They're nestled inside the back left of a mini-mall area right downtown on Caroline.
