PLUMBING 911.    10-10-24  We want to express our thankfulness for the thorough job that the three men, Jeff, Brandan and Bob,  provided in quick response to our needing help.  Same day service is unheard of and well received.  Times provided and what they promised was fulfilled same day.  Thank the Lord for a beautiful day, for there was much to do outside as well as inside.  Everything appears to be running freely without leaks indoors which is a blessing being water was backing up and that’s not a comfortable feeling.   Plumbing and professionalism was impressive!  We won’t know how well the gutters and downspouts run until there are strong downpours.  This remains to be seen!  Upon completion they put everything back in place without messes.  That was all the pros and there is only one con to report and that is, the hydro-turbo flushing of outdoor drains is extremely pricey.  All being said, we would call Plumbing 911 again plus recommend as well but question the pricing of the drain cleaning.  Most appreciatively,  Bill & Jo

Josh did an excellent job.  He was timely, thorough, and extremely professional.  His work was very well done, and after finishing he showed what all he had done, and the parts he had replaced.  I highly recommend Plumbing 911, and particularly Josh, to anyone who needs a plumber.

They were available to come out the next day. Very polite, and didn’t waste any time getting to work. Was a little nervous that it would seem unreasonable in the pricing. After hearing the quote I thought it was very fair. Rob was great and if I ever have anything else that would need to be done, I would call them back again without hesitation. The overall experience with this business has been great. From the first scheduling of an appointment to them coming out to do the work.

My experience with Plumbing 911 was excellent. The customer service I received from Brandi was empathetic, compassionate, and prompt.   The worker Josh, was a great worker. Personable and friendly.   Did a great job and solved the problem quickly.   I highly recommend.

Nick came out to help us with a clogged kitchen sink quickly and resolved it right away. He was very sweet with our dogs and toddler running around. I’m so thankful that he and his partner were able to come help us out on such short notice.

Appreciate the plumber calling ahead and being on time. He was determined to find the source of our plumbing problem, not just a temporary fix. He cleaned the work area. The pricing was reasonable for a weekend request. I would recommend and thank Plumbing 911 and their employee Josh.

Customer service and knowledge from this company was 10/10 from start to finish. From the time I called to see if we could get a last minute, somewhat emergency appointment to having an extremely knowledgeable plumber, the entire experience was amazing. Rob was helpful and went above and beyond for what he was asked to do. Thank you!

Once again, Plumbing 911 exceeded my expectations. This was my second time using them for a much larger plumbing project! This time, the situation was a bit more intense for me and my wife, and my first call to the lovely lady who answers the phone and makes the arrangements, was kind and understanding. And Josh our plumber they sent, was beyond awesome and understanding!! He committed himself to a large scale project, later then normal in the day, and stayed the duration to make sure all was complete! He worked around some obstacles based on certain family challenges. It was as if Josh was part of the family! Plumbing 911 are there for you! I HIGHLY recommend them for ALL your plumbing needs! I've never experienced a business with integrity such as them!

I had a broken pipe and a valve that needed to be replaced and they were able to not only send someone out same day, but within an hour of when I called them! Josh was awesome, very friendly and efficient. He was able to quickly assess the situation, give me an estimate, and make a repair in under a hour. Highly recommend these guys!

I called plumbing 911 Saturday morning and they sent Josh Maxon out immediately. Josh arrived very quickly which I was amazed by and he was so helpful. I explained and had a solution right away. I was surprised with how quickly and efficiently his work was. I'm very satisfied and will recommend this company and use again in the future. I plan to redo plumbing in multiple areas of my home in the near future. Thank you so much Josh for your help!! It looks great too!!
