These guys worked to help me solve a problem that wasn't even their sale.  They asked around the shop and then sent me to another plumbing supply center when my oddball tub faucet cartridge could not be identified. This kind of service screams trustworthy to me. By the way, it is a nipco faucet.

Called first to check stock on a part they said "come on over". get there, sit and wait, only to be told they are out of stock. They treat homeowners like dirt.

If you are a homeowner looking for a part and some advice, don't go here.  I was met with a huge insulting attitude.  Customer service?  Ha!  I give them a zero.
