When the plumber arrived he introduced himself as Gus and he came prepared with his tools and was very kind and knowledgeable he worked in my bathroom and was very careful with how he worked it was very neat and clean when he left and everything was solved in a short period of time.  His craftsman work was excellent. When I'm in need again of a plumber I will ask for Gus.

I had a very small leak in my waste disposal and since it was old I thought it would need to be replaced but I would have to pay them to come out and confirm this. They then quoted $553 to install a new disposal, based on the cost of the unit they were quoting that would have been $300 in installation cost.
The gentleman that came out could not give me a break down of the cost of the unit and the install so I declined to move forward even after he came up with a way to save money - by getting a cheaper unit.
We were a repeat customers and feel like they have no consideration for that. Needless to say this will end the relationship.
Back to looking for a good plumber with reasonable pricing!!

Gus was on time, reviewed mission at hand, received a quote for HW tank replacement and committed to having the job done.  Work was started immediately and completed in a timely and professional manner.  Gus was outgoing, informative, and a true professional.  Requesting service was completed online and I received a call from the office within 30 minutes and simply selected my service appointment date and time.  Overall great service, professional staffing and clean and organized service vehicles.  A second plumber was called for to assist with removal of old HW heater from the basement and Dan arrived to assist Gus in a clean service vehicle.  10 out of 10 from us.  Thanks

Very professional.  Initial call answered promptly. Woman who answered capable, personable and has a great sense of humor. She set the appointment for the same day and, when the plumber was delayed, called me with a revised e.t.a.
 
The plumber was equally capable and personable. And, when entered our house, put covers over his shoes so as not to track on our floors. Just one of those extras that make such a big difference.

The only downsides were that the price for sewer line clean-out was approximately 20% higher than we paid for the same service five years ago (from whomever we used then). And that he tried to sell me an unnecessary and grossly overpriced power-wash follow-up service.

As bad of service I ever received. The plumber they sent (Gus) was ill prepared for the job at hand. The leak was between floor boards he only brought a three step ladder, he needed to cut into the ceiling drywall but only had a box cutter (which left a very uneven hole in my ceiling). He told me that it was the vent pipe but we could see water dripping when water was running so what would the vent pipe do with that. As it turns out the leak was in the drainage pipe of the sink. He quoted me a price of nearly $1500 which I thought was a little expensive so decided to try for another contractor. I called Jim Wagner back when I realized how difficult it was to get contractors and scheduled a time when the leak could be fixed by them. On the day of the appointment I received a call asking if the vanity has been removed yet? I told him know that I expected him to do that since to have the vanity removed the sink would have to be disconnected first.  Certainly his quote (and what I agreed to pay) was more than adequate for the time it would take to have that removed. Him and the office staff informed me that it was my responsibility to removed. I told the plumber to leave. I was able to get another plumber who quickly told me it wasn''t the vent pipe rather that the drainage pipe had the leak. They fixed at almost half the price quoted by Jim Wagner. Use these use Jim Wagner at your own risk.
