Absolutely the WORST customer service ever and RUDE! If you want a cake DONT order from Tracy she takes your money and is not there for PICKUP and KEEPS your money regardless of the hilarious disclaimers on her website RED FLAG. I am reporting this to our Better Business Bureau where she already HAS Complaint about not answering complaints! So what if your cakes are yummy, your compassion and customer satisfaction quotient is a BIG ZERO! Good Luck sweety and thanks for calling me names will include in my BBB complaint!

Update on review: i just completed my 13th order with this bakery and again EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME!!!!! I ordered 400 cupcakes this time and they were PERFECT! The staff is EXCELLENT in every way! I love this place. I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars! Thanks so much!

I am very dissapointed in this bakery. I ordered my wedding cake from here, and they charged quite a bit for it. Then when the lady delivered it, she set it up and it was leaning over. It looked like it was about to fall. The venue staff all saw the lady leave it crooked before she left. We have security cameras showing no one touched it after she left and the cake looked awful in all the pictures because it was falling over. We called the cake lady and she says her cake was fine when it left, but we have eye witnesses that this is a lie. Worst place to buy a cake, dont ruin your wedding pictures like I did by trusting them! Also, the staff at the bakery is not friendly at all she rudely dismissed all my mom's concerns before the wedding. I have so many picture proofs if anyone wants to see them before making a decision on which bakery to go with.

The work that does not get posted on the business's instagram and website is shoddy at best. The cakes that I have seen lately look as if a 3rd grade student that is average in art skills has decorated it. I have very minimal experience in decorating cakes, and I could do a better job. If I had to choose between buying a cake from here or from Walmart, I'd take the chance with Walmart. At least they will correct any shoddy work. The owner either needs to get more pride in their work or return to school for more practice. The owner should also try harder to satisfy the customers she gets. The cakes I am thinking of have been posted on social media.
