I have been to this store a few times. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Wide variety of cupcake selections. The cupcakes are a good size for parties, party favors and events. I personally love real cream cheese icing so the only two cupcakes with cream cheese icing are the red velvet and the midnight magic, both of which are very delicious. The cupcake itself is moist and tasty. There is limited seating available for those that wish to go there for dessert or just to eat a damn good cupcake!!! Custom orders are welcome. If you are in the mood for cupcakes, definitely recommend this spot.

Saturday we called to order 2 cupcakes about 15 minutes to closing. Hannah was very friendly and accommodating. Due to traffic issue with the construction that night, we were later than expected. Hannah was willing to wait and was very sweet about all the trouble we were putting her through! You should be proud to have such a wonderful employee representing you guys!   AND the cupcakes were delicious!

Updated review: Free cupcake on your birthday, but I wouldn't come back. Came in around 12:30 today for my free bday cupcake. The woman working gave me an attitude off the bat about it.

Her: If it's not on your rewards card, you're not going to get one.
Me: Okay, I have a rewards card... (I guess she assumed I didn't have one, because she didn't even ask)

Literally glared at me, I have to ask if she'd like my phone number to look it up...she then said "Well what's your number?" After giving her my number, I stood there looking like an idiot for a second. She then goes "What flavor?" I asked for wedding cake but quickly changed my mind to red velvet. Now, I think I agitated her. She let out a loud sigh and grunted at me. Whispered something which I didn't catch, then basically threw my cupcake in the box and said happy bday. RUDE.

Previous review: I actually like their cupcakes more than the famous Sprinkles in Cali. Cupcakes are moist, frosting isn't gritty.

Giving them a 3 star because the ratio of frosting to cake is ridiculous. Looks cute and all, but that's about it. Service is always blah. You usually get a free cupcake on your birthday, I came in to order a few, mentioned the free birthday cupcake. She ignored it and still charged me for it. Mentioned it again "The birthday cupcake isn't included in the total right?" she said "You used your customer credit, so I charged you for it." Those customer credit I've earned from being frequent customer...Anyway I paid and left.

Wasn't impressed. I ordered a chocolate turtle cheesecake cupcake, when the women took it out of the display/cooler the icing fell off. I ate there and they supplied a small cup/bowl and plastic forks. I attempted to eat the cupcake with a fork, however it was over cooled, and was just bending the fork. While attempting to eat, I couldn't help but over hear the staff talking about their experiences with ouija boards (not something to talk about around customers), only because there was 2 other customers in the store and there isn't a radio or something to fill the quiet room. Over all it was kind of a awkward, and unpleasant experience. However the store seemed clean, organized, and the staff was nice which is why I'm rating it 3 stars other wise it would be 1.

Thank you so much Gigi.  The mini banana cream pie cupcakes were amazing.  This was for my enlisted military promotion ceremony.
