My wife and I were visiting from Queensland, Australia and saw the shop when driving by. We quickly did a u-turn and were amazed at what we found. The salesman (sorry I forgot your name) introduced himself and was more than happy to let us wander around and take photos and videos. He told us there were 351 second hand bikes on the floor and 70 more were due the next day. Before leaving he gave us a Dream Machines of Texas T-shirt for free. Thanks for the tour and friendly chit chat and the great T-shirt.

***Distance Purchase of 2016 Harley Sportster Iron 883***

I wanted to make the trip up to their showroom in Dallas (I'm out of Houston), but I couldn't fit it into my schedule post Hurricane Harvey. I shot a couple of questions to the dealer through their website and their online salesman, Dusty, responded in a timely manner. I was really nervous about buying a bike before seeing it, but Dusty's professionalism reassured me that I was not going to be ripped off. Here is the binary takeaway from my purchase with this company:

Pros: 
- Ask any question (bikes, shipping, etc.), and receive a meaningful response in a timely manner.
- Very detailed photos and accurate description of the bikes They aren't trying to hide anything.
- Best prices in east Texas. I couldn't find a bike with 200 miles of Houston that could beat their prices.
- Explained my situation about replacing a flooded car and received a small Harvey discount.

Cons:
- If you're buying a bike from them and you aren't able to make it to the dealership in person, they will mail you the paperwork. I would have liked to execute this process through electronic documents. It was a little hard to arrange an accurate pick-up time for the bike when mail delivery times were unreliable.
- The shipping quote from Dallas to Houston I received from them was a couple hundred dollars over what I paid by looking for a company myself.

These were both minor cons. Easily manageable. In all, my purchase through Dusty and Dream Machines of Texas was a great experience.

Just got my first bike (Harley Davidson Street 750) from DMoT! Looking for help or just information? Daniel Hopper's the Harley guy you want to talk to. (Got some good stories, too.) We walked in and he got us started immediately. The process was smooth with no hassle. They make sure you're happy when you leave. What else do you need?

Great shop!  Recently bought a bike from them.  Darrell Green was extremely knowledgeable and very personable.  I'd recommend anyone see him if you're looking for a bike.  Chris Swearingen took care of me in financing.  He made the process smooth and painless.  Thanks guys!

I visited Dream Machines on multiple occasions to simply do some window shopping.  I love that the sales people are not pushy.  They answered my questions and I never once felt pressure.

Darrell is who I ended up working with to purchase my new bike.  It was such a pleasure to work with him.  He was personable and very knowledgeable about the different bikes.  I felt he was really trying to help me get the right bike for me and not just make a sale.  I will definitely return when service is needed and when I decide to upgrade.  Thank you to the entire team.  Very upfront, honest and above board in my transaction.
