Good selection and great prices. Friendly, attentive staff.
A ladies dream for shopping. You can't come out without something. The associates here were great. Too bad we don't have Catos in Fla. Where we live. We always stop in Catos when we see them while traveling. Good quality, good selection good price‼‼
Great place to shop if you are regular or plus size. Lots of selections,the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable in fashion.
Horrible experience. Went there to make a return with receipt and they could NOT do it because the so called manager person was not there even though they were supposed to be there at 4pm. It was 410pm and the employee called to see where manager was and No answer, no contact from manager. So I graciously said I would come back a different time and day. I came back the next day at 3pm and they said they could not do my return because the manager was NOT there again. Really stinks for trying to return something. I will forever NOT shop at Cato stores again.
My wife's favorite place to shop, well, one more of them, nice clothing and good prices.

Sales associates were very helpful. I had recently been in Oklahoma, my sister in law took me to a Cato's, found a blouse, but they didn't have my size. Came home to my local Cato's, with help from sales associates, I am getting the blouse.
Great fashion for plus size women! Priced reasonable! Staff always helpful and friendly!
Walk you to door and they are locking it up at 6:41. Sign says close at 7:00. Branson location NOT customer friendly. I would rather shop at Catos in Harrison, AR or the store in Nixa, MO or Ozark, MO.
Very kind people! My mother in law is elderly and the employee helped her find the clothes she was looking for and was so patient with her! I know it can be frustrating and we greatly appreciated it so much!
