Worst experience ever while prom dress shopping for my daughter today. After trying on many dresses we narrowed our choices down to 3 dresses. I told our sales lady (Yolanda) that we were going to grab a sandwich in the same plaza and would be right back to purchase one of three. She said that was fine. We came back thirty minutes later and she said another girl that came in liked it and was trying it on. The girl then came out of the dressing room and decided to buy it. 

My daughter was so disappointed. We wound up leaving empty handed and wasted our whole morning there. We would have never left for a quick bite if she had said she couldn't hold it for a half an hour. She should have told us she couldn't hold it for that long. Instead she sold it immediately to the next girl that walked in. Rude, thoughtless and uncaring!

This place has horrible customer service, extremely rude ladies working at the store. I was being helped by a nice young lady and she got interrupted by another lady saying it's not her turn to attend a guest and took her away in a rude way. I asked about there dresses and they didn't have prices or didn't want to search for anything and every response was with an attitude. While being there 3 other customers also walked out for same reason as I did too. It's a shame because they have a good selection online but with their attitude and poor customer service they aren't worth it at all.
