Great family fun, clean and smoke free, our new favorite family destination! Worth the drive from West Plains. Nice staff, very accommodating from the front to the back. My son's love all the FUNCTIONING up to date video games!!!

A very rude manager works there. I tried to have a fun time with my family on a Monday Night and the manager was very abrupt "No lanes are open til 10, it's ladies night" Even though there was two available, which I asked, he continued to be rude to me. Not only that but there were two men bowling in two separate lanes at one side.
It only takes my wife and I 10 minutes to go bowling, we would have been in and out, and he just shattered my son's heart, when we couldn't he wouldn't stop crying.
Apparently just about every day of the week is reserved until 10 for something? I honestly have no clue, the man wasn't polite and didn't really describe. The website doesn't mention anything about reserved "ladies' night" or "mixed nights" and the door doesn't either. This is a case of false advertising if you ask me.

There's just nothing family fun throughout the week in this town, and they could really change that if they just opened up the lanes earlier in the evening.

This treatment I received from this manager was enough to make me never want to return, and I'll make sure everyone know about it!
