They are changing so much and not for the better. The games are no longer younger children friendly (3-7 years) they either require a lot of adult help or they dont have ticket win options. The staff is unfriendly and act as though they dont want bothered. The bowling ally was fun but so busy and when we needed assistance getting bumpers up it took 20 minutes to get help since one person was working and every lane was full!

Cool place for birthdays, or just hanging out. Two bowling alleys, laser tag, jungle gym, indoor coasters, and many card operated games. Has a restaurant with decent food, but minimal amount of choices, like a baseball food stand.

My boy won a 1,000 jackpot and the game did not pay out! The jackpot went to 250 tickets and I told them what happened. So we went to the ticket cashier and they refunded our money, after being persistent on them doing something. Machines not maintained!!

Told my 4YO we'd ride bumper cars, got there and was told they're being charged for at least half an hour. So redirected him into some overpriced video games, but all 3 of the card loader machines were out of order. Only way you can play the games is by using a Fastlanes card. There was nobody stationed at the welcome desk, but there was two employees doing literally nothing else, but holding "Happy" and "Birthday" signs since before we had arrived. Asked both of them for some assistance, and was ignored. Obviously I underestimated their dedication to deliver a message to somebody who likely couldn't even read it. So I got closer and asked again, and was told that the only way to get money on the card is by using those machines. We left and won't be back.
