Came to help a friend take a knowledge test. I sat in the lobby waiting and observed. Let’s just say there are some people who work here and just have anger problems. You work with all different kind of people and patient is the key in this work environment. A nice tone of voice and understanding is all you need. I know everyone is busy and your doing your job and people may come in mad, just do your job and be patient and a nice tone makes a difference will make people understand and stead of coming off the other having anger. That’s why I gave them a zero. Also we are a diverse city, why is there no Chinese/Japanese in the knowledge test?

This is the biggest joke for customer service of all time. I've been calling in for the last 3 weeks just to be told they are experiencing too many calls and I have to call back later to just be told the same message. I sent in a request for a duplicate title 4 months ago and have received nothing and and the one time I did get a hold of someone they told me it was probably just in the mail room and that was all they could tell me not if I fill the form out right or the the form was thrown away or if they had received it or not so I have no idea if I'm going to be getting my title anytime soon or if I have to refill out the form and start this whole whole process over again.

Made multiple mistakes by giving my record a DUI when I've never had one, saying I never had insurance when I have my entire life then I had to go through a huge process for the mistakes they made to rectify them. Person was extremely rude on the phone assuming I was lying trying to get out of it. Not to mention you will never be able to talk to someone on the phone, they are always experiencing too high of volume of calls. Called for over a week 10+ times a day to reach someone.

Still have not received vehicle tabs, Check was cashed now tabs are expired. I call the number and its always a recording saying they are receiving a high volume of calls call back another time. What is going on here??? Hopefully law enforcement is aware of this problem and not enforcing tab replacement law
