I been waiting for an hour to set an appointment with someone to go in about something. The  lady I got on the phone was really rude. She was not very nice. You guys need better employees who answer phones calls. I know they have a lot of phone calls but at least talk to people better next time. I was not really happy how she was talking to me I mean she was acting like I was stupid. Hopefully I don’t have her again on the phone

Terrible location for disabled individuals like myself. Parking is limited and getting to the ssa office floor takes some bit of struggle.

Made a special trip to order replacement card. THEY DO NOT DO NAME CHANGES OR REPLACEMENT CARD ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION(???) Complete waste of time and parking fee. Worthless office.

Very uninformative.  While you wait forever. Guard on duty is only human contact and he can't answer questions. If these are truly my employees I vote to replace them. Whomever designed the number system should be fired twice.
