We have used DCSC for years and have their drop off bag. The last time we took our cleaning there, I picked up the cleaning but there was no bag. I called as soon as I got home and they said they would look into it. They called back and told me to come get another bag. When I went in and explained the situation they said they needed to contact the manager. When they called back they said they had looked at the security footage and I had not dropped off the cleaning with the bag. They basically called me a liar and I asked for the manager to call me back. It has been a month and I have not heard from them. Will never go back. All that because they wouldn't replace a bag:(

My wife and I have been using Dry Clean Super Center of Flower Mound for a couple years now, and overall we've been happy. A couple buttons have been sheared off of my shirts here and there, but they always replace them. The reason I'm writing this review, however, is because of an issue we experienced recently. My wife got a small stain on a brand new dress, so we told them about it so they could pre-treat it. When we picked up the dress, it had the pre-treat tag on it, so I assumed all was good. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that there was a small hole (looked like a chemical burn) where the stain had been. I dreaded the fight I thought I would have when I took the dress back in and explained the situation. Much to my delight, the manager was very accommodating, apologetic, and thorough. He agreed that the pre-treat chemical had likely reacted with the fabric, and asked if we had the receipt for the dress. He asked if he could call back the next day after he looked into it. He called my wife promptly the next day and explained that he was going to reimburse us for the cleaning fees and the cost of the dress itself. Apparently, he had called all of the local stores to see if they had that dress and size available, as he wanted to replace it for us and save us the hassle of having to repurchase it. The dress was no longer in stock anywhere, so he gave us a check instead. Maybe this is the type of customer service we should all expect, but I was very happy with the way the manager handled this situation. Not once were we made to feel like we were attempting to get away with something, which I have experienced at other dry cleaners. We will continue to use Dry Clean Super Center, and I would recommend them to others.

My husband and I started taking our dry cleaning items here a couple months ago when we moved to the area. A pair of expensive dress pants has mysteriously gone missing, and many items come back to us with services not performed (spot treatments, button replacement, hemming, etc.) Moreover, every batch of shirts has come back with strange black or pinkish-red spots on them that were not there when we dropped off the items. Most of the spots were small, and the staff were able to get them out when we brought them back. However, this time around there was a shirt that came back with the red spots splattered all over the cuff and sleeve. I took it back to be fixed, and the manager, Jose Torres, was nasty and defensive, and insisted that the spots were not from them. He tried to clean it, and ended up slightly bleaching areas around the stains on this LIME GREEN shirt! His solution was to offer to send it away to a laboratory for testing, at our expense of $36!! If the laboratory determined that it was a dry-cleaning chemical, then he would pay to replace the shirt. If it was anything else, then he would not (because it simply couldn't be possible that an employee - all of whom are of high-school age - got something other than dry-cleaning chemicals on it...) I demanded a refund for the original cleaning of the shirt as well as for our drop-off bag, and told him that we would be taking our business elsewhere. I hope that they figure out whatever in their establishment seems to be ruining customers' items!

I have had a very positive experience here. Staff is very friendly and the price can't be beat. I have not had a negative experience since I started dropping my clothes off there over 2 years ago. Highly recommended!
