I love this dry cleaner! Jennifer is always so sweet! It is refreshing to have someone greet you with a smile and she always has something sweet to say! They are always prompt on service and I LOVE how they hang my clothes! I know it sounds strange but they have special hangers that keep your clothes in shape and don't leave weird marks on them. I highly recommend this cleaners! Keep it up! Thanks for great service! ~Nicole

I was excited that I had a dry cleaners so close to home when I moved here, until I figured out how TERRIBLE their service was. I took an expensive jacket with a faux fur lined hood. When I received my jacket after the cleaning, I noticed the fur was completely matted and ruined. I also noticed they didn't charge me, which tells me they were very aware they messed up. When I took it back in I provided the original receipt and the receipt from Anthropologie (which isn't cheap), where I originally purchased it for the amount I paid for the jacket for atleast a partial reimbursement. They told me it was my jacket's fault and they just followed instructions. Not only did they ruin the hood and refuse to help me, but they also shrunk the entire jacket. I had to pay out of my own pocket to buy more fabric to replace the faux fur, get the fabric dry cleaned somewhere else and have it fixed. They were rude, unhelpful, and everyone I spoke with (including another dry cleaners) told me it was ridiculous how these people handled the issue. I will NEVER be coming back to this dry cleaners again. If they make a mistake, don't expect them to accommodate you in any way. Ridiculous that they're considered a top cleaning service.
