i moved in there in 1992 and i had to leave in 2015. the owner and his son glen and the manger Dottie  r not nice people and the r just money hungry assholes. I was on social security and was on a fixed income. But they were always complaining  about something.But i always got 7 days notice to either paint the house or to fix the skirting  on the house. when  we did some of the work but ran out of money. Turn to my church family member and she paid a friend of her's to come out and fix the skirting and the trim around the windows and we also painted it to. We had a little more to do but it wasn't good enough for them.So the kick us out. My daughter and i have a learning disability .  but then she gave one of my friends a 60 days to fix her place up. But always gave me a 7 days to it and  i would never live there again.

Very well kept. Very friendly community, although in my opinion slightly over priced when buying a place, much more reasonable renting rates.
