Read your lease! Westgate village will raise the property rent every year and that means any lease signed even a 5 year lease. Major flooding throughout the park for years with no solution in sight. Rent raised is for property maintenance yet the multi colored fence in closing the property remains multi colored and pink on the inside. The outdated landscape clearly shows that the rent increase is in fact NOT for property maintenance. Think twice about this park.

Lots of good things about this place, however, it is IMPERATIVE that we are able to get in and check on our elderly parents on Sundays and the gate code is not working. It worked on Saturday. It was tried several times by my siblings. I m  writing this part about an hour later: I received a quick and reassuring response from Annette so this place gets a 5 star. Thank you Annette!
